30-Day Return Policy

I want you to feel confident shopping with Nectar Atelier. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Submit your return request to contact@nectar-atelier.com.
  2. Once your request is approved, I’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing:
Once I receive, inspect, and approve your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (if eligible).

Restocking Fee:
Currently, there is no restocking fee for returns.

NOTE:
At Nectar Atelier, I take great care to ensure the quality and hygiene of every fragrance sample and decant. Because of the personal nature of these products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been used. This policy helps me maintain the highest standards and protect the safety of every customer.
