At Nectar Atelier, I take great care to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in compliance with shipping regulations. Please review the details of my shipping process below:

Shipping Carrier & Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, as required by USPS regulations for shipping perfumes and other alcohol-based products. This ensures your order is transported safely and securely.

Handling Time

I process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times with USPS Ground Advantage:

• Domestic Orders: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the USPS Website.

Important Shipping Restrictions

Due to USPS regulations, perfume and other alcohol-based products can only be shipped via Ground Advantage. I am unable to ship perfumes using expedited or air shipping methods.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, I will do my best to assist you in locating it. However, once a package is handed over to USPS, I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Please reach out to USPS directly if tracking shows delivery, but you haven’t received the package.

International Shipping

Currently, I do not offer international shipping.
