86. The Quiet Ways Scent Shapes Our Days | Perfume
đ Hi fragrance friend,
Lately, Iâve been reflecting on how scent moves through our days in quiet, almost imperceptible ways. A trace on a scarf. A shift in the air. A familiar note that softens the edges of a moment and makes it linger a little longer.
Iâm curious â what role does perfume play in your life right now? Is it a daily ritual, a source of comfort, a way of marking time?
How has your relationship to scent changed over the years? For me, my relationship to scent has become more layered and alive. Alongside perfume and maybe even why I love perfume so much, I find myself drawn to the glow of subtly scented candles, or the way rose and frankincense incense can transform a room with just a curl of smoke.
Perfume has always been both anchor and language for me: a way to return to myself, and at times, a way to speak without words.
Iâd love to know what draws you to scent these days. Just hit reply to share.
With kindness,
