1. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website, USPS.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options in the future.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing the purchase.
4. Can I return my purchase?
Nectar Atelier does offer returns within 14 days, but only under specific conditions. Read Return Policy.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Nectar Atelier offers gift wrapping for your orders, and can even include a card with a special message. Please make sure to include any message details at checkout.
6. My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at contact@nectar-atelier.com. I’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
